Bookings made by our users through our website (“Website”) are governed by the conditions (“The Conditions”) described below. The booking of services (“Service”) through www.spalaquinta.com implies the full and unreserved acceptance by the user of the following conditions. These Conditions do not cover the booking of our services by third parties outside the Website.

Please read these Terms carefully before making a reservation on our Website. If you do not accept these Terms, you will not be able to make a reservation.

1. Possibility of modification of these conditions and the commercial offer

CENTRO VITAL LA QUINTA, S.A. may modify at any time the conditions or offers published on its website (prices, products, promotions, and other commercial and service conditions). However, the modifications will not affect in any case the reservations already made by our users.

2. How can I book on the website?

The reservation of our services by the user is carried out and completed by following the reservation procedure described in this section. By reserving our services, you accept that communications with CENTRO VITAL LA QUINTA, S.A. will be mainly by electronic means.

To proceed to make a reservation on our website you only have to follow the following steps:

  1. In order to make a reservation, the user must first select the date, number of rooms, number of people and the discount coupon if available.
  2. Once the search is completed, the desired room is selected.
  3. The next step is to complete a form with the personal data of the user making the reservation, including credit card details.
  4. To complete your reservation with CENTRO VITAL LA QUINTA, S.A. you must accept the booking conditions, legal notice, privacy policy and our cookie policy.
  5. The reservation will be finalized when the user receives the confirmation, which will detail the services that the user has booked. This confirmation must be handed in upon arrival at the hotel.

3. Price of services

The price indicated at all times next to our services includes additional taxes. If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown and if a user has made a purchase decision based on said error, we will inform the user of this incident immediately and the user will have the right to cancel their reservation without any cost on their part.

4. Payments

The amount will be paid upon arrival at reception, but we ask for a card to guarantee the reservation.

We will only charge the corresponding costs in the event of cancellation with charges.

5. Cancellation

Cancellations and modifications before the established day and time will be charged half the amount of the service.

Cancellations and modifications or no-shows after the selected day and time will result in the full cost of the service being charged.

6. Travel Insurance

We recommend that you make sure you have a good travel insurance policy that adequately covers incidents such as: medical visits, loss of luggage, etc.

7. Passports and Visas

All users, without exception (including children), must carry their personal and family documentation in order, be it a passport or ID card, according to the laws of the country or countries they are visiting. When the trip requires it, they will be responsible for obtaining visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc.

In the event that the granting of visas is refused by any Authority for reasons particular to the user, or that the user is denied entry into the country due to lack of the required documentation, or due to a defect in the required documentation, or due to not being in possession of the same, the accommodation provider declines all responsibility for events of this nature, and any expenses incurred shall be the responsibility of the consumer, and in these circumstances the conditions and rules established for cases of voluntary withdrawal from services shall apply.

All users, and particularly non-EU nationals, are also reminded that they must ensure, before starting their trip, that they have complied with all applicable visa regulations and requirements in order to be able to enter all the countries they are going to visit without problems. Minors under 18 years of age must carry written permission signed by their parents or guardians, in case it may be requested by any authority.

11. Applicable legislation and competent courts

Contracts for the purchase of Products through our Website and any disputes or claims arising therefrom or relating to their subject matter or conclusion (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by Spanish law.

The user waives his/her jurisdiction and expressly submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of S/C de Tenerife.
